About the author

Suzy Spoon has been cooking vegetarian and vegan food for more than 20 years and runs Australia's first vegetarian butcher, where she makes and sells a range of veggie sausages, vegan schnitzels and burger patties, as well as delicious take-home meals. Before opening her store, Suzy sold her products at organic markets and worked as a personal chef. She has also presented vegetarian cooking shows on community television and radio. Suzy lives in Sydney and this is her first book.
