About the author
Sally Wise is a regular guest on ABC Local Radio 936 Hobart. She has taught cooking classes for adults and high school students, and often demonstrates cookery to community groups and at events. As well as being a Workplace Trainer and Assessor in vocational education and training (Cookery, Tourism and Hospitality), Sally makes jams and pickles for local cafés and runs her own small catering business. As the mother of six, Sally has perfected the art of transforming leftovers into new and delicious meals
