This revolutionary book contains hundreds of new and improved recipes for all kinds of occasions. Added and natural food chemicals can cause:
- irritability and restlessness

- anxiety and depression
- migraines and headaches
- lack of energy
- loss of memory and concentration
- eczema
- irritable bowel syndrome
- asthma
- arthritis

Sue has opened the eyes of thousands of desperate parents to the adverse effects of synthetic and natural chemicals. In addition to the hundreds of recipes, this book also contains up to the minute information about food intolerance and elimination diets.
