About the author
Alice Sherwood is a writer and multimedia producer whose son Archie has a serious nut and egg allergy. She lives in London and spends holidays on the family farm in Wales where her cooking is inspired by the delicious local produce. She spends hours in the kitchen and her culinary influences range from French to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern to Vietnamese.
Allergy Free Cookbook is the result of her years of searching for and devising and testing recipes that her whole family could enjoy and that would fit in with a busy, modern lifestyle.
