Return / Refund Policy
Please take the time to read the Order Confirmation email you receive after placing an order, especially the Order Details and Delivery address. Please let me know if there any errors or problems. Once an item has been posted, I can't get it back, so contact me ASAP if you realise there's an error.
Every item I sell is carefully inspected and carefully packed before it is posted. If you receive an incorrect item, or it arrives damaged, please contact me within 10 days to arrange a replacement and, in most cases, return of the original. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing materials.
Sorry but I do not exchange or refund if you purchased the wrong item, changed your mind, didn't read the item description properly or find out that whoever you bought it for already has it.
Basically, if it's my fault, I fix it, but if it's your fault, please don't expect me to fix it.
