About the author
Jodi Buckman Weinstein is a registered dietitian, board certified specialist in oncology nutrition and certified dietitian-nutritionist in New York City. She is currently the clinical nutrition coordinator at the Tisch Cancer Institute at Mount Sinai Medical Centre. Jodi also leads a comprehensive weight management class and maintains a private nutrition counselling practice. She has participated in nutrition research studies, contributed nutrition articles to various newsletters, lectured to medical professionals and patients and been interviewed as a nutrition expert for television and newspapers.
